Peterson has over 20 years’ experience providing technical leadership in the identification, preparation, appraisal, and structuring of transport infrastructure projects to ensure their technical feasibility, economic viability, financial affordability, environmental and social sustainability, and readiness for financing and procurement. The role leads and coordinates multidisciplinary technical inputs across the project development lifecycle, from concept development and feasibility assessment through procurement and transaction execution. It provides engineering advice to government institutions, project sponsors, development finance institutions, and private sector stakeholders, with particular emphasis on risk management, value for money, lifecycle cost optimization, and successful project implementation.
