Hunamani Joshi

Joshi has over 15 years in project financing leading the financial preparation, structuring, and transaction advisory functions of the entity to develop financially viable, bankable, and investment-ready projects and facilitate the mobilization of public and private capital. He’s personally responsible for building financial models and manage transactions, and supports the practice manager in ensuring portfolio oversight, quality assurance, adviser management, funding strategy, and transaction governance. His area of responsibility focuses on: Financial modelling; Financing and capital structuring; Risk and bankability; Investor and lender engagement. In addition to preparing projects for investment and helping sponsors, he provides the required advice to governments, development finance institutions (DFIs), commercial lenders, and private investors to ensure prepared projects reach financial close.
