Sikander Wolimuhammed

Sikander provides legal and regulatory advisory services throughout the project lifecycle, from initial project identification and feasibility assessment through transaction structuring, procurement, negotiations, financial close, and implementation. He’s responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing legal, regulatory, contractual, and institutional issues affecting the preparation, structuring, procurement, negotiation, and financial close of investment projects, particularly infrastructure and public-private partnership (PPP) projects. The role combines legal expertise with project development, transaction structuring, commercial negotiations, and advisory services to public and private sector clients, in addition to assessing the legal and institutional environment for proposed investments; identifying legal, regulatory, contractual, and land-related risks; advising on appropriate project delivery and transaction structures; reviewing and developing project agreements and procurement documentation; and supporting negotiations with government entities, investors, lenders, and other transaction stakeholders.
